Matthew Ross, Founder & Lead Strategist

Matt has over a decade of experience working with brands and businesses of all sizes. His skillset applies to a wide range of offerings including digital product management, CRM strategy, branding, digital marketing, and end-to-end ecommerce solutions.

His expertise stems from his time working as a Sr. Product Manager in Automotive at Polestar and as a Management Consultant specializing in digital growth and technology operations at LCatterton, one of the largest consumer-focused private equity groups in the world. Prior to his experience as a consultant, Matt worked in digital media strategy for Morpheus Media, a full-service creative and digital marketing industry leader for fashion and luxury brands and in product management for Wayfair.com, one of largest online retailers in the world.

Throughout his career, he has worked with brands clients such as Lucid Motors, Polestar, Calvin Klein, Louis Vuitton, Supreme New York, Tiffany & Co., Ecko Unltd, TUMI, John Hardy, Lincoln Center, Bliss Spa’s, PONY, and more. Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College. He currently works in Product Management for Lucid Motors and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
